How much is shipping?
We typically offer FREE Express Delivery within North America. International shipping fees may vary. These are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping takes?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Canadian and U.S. orders will deliver within 5-10 business days.

Where can I track my order?
You can track your order here: TRACK MY ORDER using the tracking number sent to you via email after your order was placed.

What is my tracking number?
This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.

I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
Simply contact us at support@prodillo.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

How can I cancel my order?
If you have second thoughts about your order, you must contact us within 12 hours. We cannot cancel your order once if it has already been shipped.

What is your return policy?
