We typically offer FREE Express Delivery within North America. International shipping fees may vary. These are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping takes?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will typically deliver within 6-9 business days.
Where can I track my order?

What is my tracking number?
This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days after placing your order by contacting us.
I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
Simply contact us at support@prodillo.com with your full name and order number, and we will resend your tracking number.
How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

How can I cancel my order?
If you have second thoughts about your order, you must contact us within 12 hours. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
