Shipping Policy

International Delivery:

 

  • Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 5:30pm EST.
  • Processing Times:
    Order processing: 1-2 business days
    Shipping Transit Time: 7-9 business days
  • Working days are: Monday to Friday (and don't include public holidays or weekends).
  • We do not ship the orders on weekends or holidays.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships and the logistics company has identified the order.

Our Guarantee

  • Sometimes your orders can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our customer support at support@prodillo.com.
  • All of our products are made to provide 100% satisfaction to each one of our clients. If you're not happy with what we delivered, you may return it for a full refund or replacement as long as it meets our Return Policy guidelines. 

Important Remarks

Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.

Tracking your order:

To track your order, please enter your tracking number on the logistics company website directly or by using the following link -> Track Your Order 

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 11-13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.

Please note that you must not enter your order number, or it will appear as an error automatically.
