Navigating the TT Lock Mobile App
The TT Lock app provides a streamlined interface to manage your Prodillo smart locks, share access, and review activity—here’s how to get started and make the most of its main features.
1. Getting Started
1. Download and install TT Lock from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Open the app and register for an account using your email or mobile number.
3. Verify your account via the code sent to your inbox or SMS.
2. Adding Your First Lock
1. Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner of the Home tab.
2. Select “Add Lock” and choose your lock model.
3. Follow the on-screen pairing process:
• Press and hold the lock’s pairing button until the LED flashes.
• Ensure Bluetooth (and Wi-Fi, if required) is enabled on your phone.
• Wait for the lock to appear, then tap “Connect.”
4. Assign a name and location (e.g., “Front Door,” “Office”) for easy identification.
3. Home Tab Overview
Once connected, the Home tab shows a list of your locks. For each lock you’ll see:
• Lock Status: Locked or unlocked icon
• Battery Level: Percentage indicator
• Quick Actions: Tap the lock icon to lock/unlock instantly
4. Unlock Methods
Within each lock’s detail screen:
• PIN Code: Enter your personal code and tap Unlock.
• Bluetooth: Tap Unlock when in range (auto-unlock support depends on model).
• Fingerprint: If your phone and lock both support fingerprint unlocking, enable this under Settings → Unlock Methods.
• Mechanical Key: Use the physical key slot on your lock if electronics fail.
5. User Management & Sharing Access
1. Go to “Users” within a lock’s settings.
2. Tap “Share Usage” to generate a temporary or permanent PIN for guests.
3. Set access start/end times or a usage quota (number of entries).
4. Send the code via SMS, email, or copy to clipboard.
6. Access Logs & Notifications
• Tap “Logs” in the lock’s detail view to see an entry history: date, time, user.
• Enable Push Notifications under Me → Settings → Notifications to receive alerts for every lock/unlock event or low battery.
7. Advanced Settings
Within Me → Devices, tap the gear icon next to each lock to:
• Update Wi-Fi credentials or switch networks
• Change Admin PIN and Guest PIN defaults
• Configure Auto-Lock delay (e.g., 10 sec, 30 sec)
• Check for and install Firmware Updates
8. Integrations & Automations
• Under Me → Third-Party, link with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, or IFTTT.
• Use voice commands (“Alexa, unlock Front Door”) once your TT Lock skill is enabled.
• Set up IFTTT applets for triggers like sending a notification when the door is unlocked.
